The position is part-time with weekend hours, offering a $2,500 sign-on and a weekend schedule that supports a dedicated care team in Mandan Sunset, ND.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position.
• Maintains 12 hours of continuing education annually.
• Completes yearly competency testing and maintains required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility under RN supervision.
• Records vital signs and reports changes to charge nurse.
• Assists with meals, hydration, and nutrition; supports dining experience.
• Documents resident interactions and participates in wellness activities.

Education

High school diploma or GED

CNA certification with State Board of Nursing

12 hours continuing education annually

Satisfactory competency testing annually
