Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA certification is required.
• 1+ year of home care, assisted living, or related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders (no administration).
• Run errands and provide transportation if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality service.
