Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver in-home care, support daily living activities, and promote patient independence within patients' homes in the Rocky Mount area. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and safety.

This role requires DFS certification, reliable transportation for travel within designated areas, and strict adherence to the Plan of Care, EVV documentation, and confidentiality while building compassionate relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• Maintain current DFS certification.

Responsibilities
