Job summary

Monarch Communities Brandywine Living at Gables is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents on Saturdays and Sundays. Shifts available include 3-11 and 11-7, with a requirement to work every weekend.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, meal support, and maintaining resident dignity and safety. Certification as a CNA and/or CHHA plus a High School Diploma is required, with preferred experience working with the elderly, including dementia care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or CHHA certification plus a High School Diploma.
• Knowledge and experience with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan.
• Provide personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and socialization.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and ensure safety and dignity.
• Document services and report changes to supervisor.
