Qualifications

• 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Current North Carolina Nurse Aide II listing on the NCBON is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a positive problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, transfers, and range of motion.
• Support nutrition and elimination needs for patients.
• Carry out designated procedures and report abnormalities to the nurse.
• Document care provided per nursing policy and procedure.
• Observe infection control guidelines and safety procedures.
• Participate in age-appropriate patient care across lifespan from neonatal to geriatric.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and pursue ongoing learning.
