Immaculate Homecare Services in Winchester, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs for weekend short-hour shifts to support clients at home with personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living tasks. As a CNA, you will document changes, accompany clients to appointments, assist with meals and medication reminders, perform light housekeeping, and provide companionship while upholding safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient demeanor required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Reliable transportation required. CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and ROM exercises.
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered medications.
• Offer companionship and engage in conversation, games, reading, and memory activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization.
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager; complete documentation at end of shift.
