Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking CNAs for our Weekend Baylor Program to maximize earnings with a condensed schedule. You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, and support residents while following care plans.

The role offers base pay of $16–$19 per hour with Baylor premium opportunities and shift differentials. Must hold SC CNA certification and be willing to work Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
