Qualifications

• Certified to work within the State of Delaware as a CNA.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and references.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Assist with mobility: repositioning, transfers to chairs, safe movement.
• Monitor vitals and weight; report changes in health status.
• Assist with meals and hydration; encourage fluid intake.
• Perform living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, enable activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care in the software system.
