Qualifications

• Certified CNA in the State of Delaware.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, positioning and safe ambulation.
• Monitor vitals and report changes in health status.
• Assist with meals, hydration and adaptive feeding.
• Make beds, tidy rooms and participate in activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care in the patient software.
