Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed with CNA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical exposure during certification training.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds as scheduled to provide quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identity before care and meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator.
• Make beds and ensure clean equipment and surroundings.
• Maintain clean water pitchers within residents' reach.
• Other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse or supervisor.
