Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring a Nursing Assistant at Good Samaritan Society Mandan Sunset, a 128-bed long-term care facility. The NA will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, measure vital signs, and support the care team under RN supervision.

The position emphasizes infection control, PPE use, and compassionate, respectful care for residents in a faith-based, nonprofit setting. Weekend 6:00am–2:15pm shifts with a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or in process to obtain within four months.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) and basic health care tasks.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff; assist with transfers and mobility.
• Support nutrition and dining activities, hydration, and psychosocial care.
