Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team in Warrensburg, MO. 12‑hour shifts with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, along with same-day pay options.

Requirements include a Missouri CNA license, COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to vaccinate, and a high school diploma or equivalent. New graduates are welcome to apply and contribute to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents and support daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others to maintain spirits.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Assist with meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents' space clean and tidy.
• Perform other daily care tasks as needed.
