Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center in Warrensburg, MO, is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our clinical team. You will provide exceptional daily care and support residents with activities of daily living, while promoting social engagement and safety.

We offer flexible 12-hour shift options, competitive pay with a shift differential, Paid Time Off, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. New graduates are welcome and same-day pay is now available.

Qualifications

• Current license as Certified Nurse Assistant in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent (if required).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage to maintain spirits.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Pass out meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents’ spaces clean and tidy.
• Perform other daily care tasks as needed.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Requirements:

·Current license asaCertified Nurse Assistantin the state of Missouri.

·Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to recieve vaccination.

·High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18.

Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
