Job summary

Butler Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team and help maintain high levels of resident care.

We offer a flexible schedule with competitive pay ($16-$17/hr plus $3 on weekends), full-time or part-time shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package in a fantastic work environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to vaccinate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Perform other daily care tasks as needed.

CNADuties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• You take care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
• You set up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake.
• You make beds & keep the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
• You perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
• High school diploma or equivalent
