Job summary

Country Club Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. We offer flexible hour options and a competitive pay structure with shift differentials, plus benefits. New graduates are welcome to apply.

As a CNA, you will provide compassionate daily care, support residents with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current license as Certified Nurse Assistant in Missouri.
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to vaccinate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to promote well-being.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Distribute meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents' spaces clean and tidy.
• Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of residents.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Requirements:
