Job summary

Spring Creek Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. You will provide direct patient care and support to residents, ensuring comfort and safety during weekend shifts with enhanced earnings.

As part of the Weekend Baylor program, you may receive a $3 hourly incentive for weekend hours and a quarterly commitment bonus program totaling up to $9,000 over three years for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to care plans.
