Job summary

Cedar Sinai Park's Robison Jewish Health Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate nursing team. In this role you will work closely with licensed staff to administer medications safely, assist with daily care, and support residents in maintaining independence and dignity.

You will engage residents, families, and teammates in a respectful, person-centered approach while following care plans and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed CMA and Nursing Assistant in Oregon.
• Experience with safe medication administration.
• Proficient with electronic systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: safely administer routine prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Compassionate Resident Care: assist with daily activities, feeding, grooming, hygiene.
• Restorative Care: support mobility and independence through ROM and ADLs.
• Team Collaboration: work with licensed nurses and CNAs to provide coordinated care.
• Resident Engagement: build relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Safety & Quality: follow care plans, medication protocols, infection control procedures.
