Job summary

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN for weekend work and some weeknights. The role focuses on cleaning and floor care in large commercial facilities, requiring reliability and a keen eye for detail. You will operate professional cleaning machinery and work with a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Compensation starts at $22.00+ per hour based on experience. Candidate must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in large commercial facilities.
• Must be able to work weekends and some weeknights.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning and general floor care including strip, wax, buff and burnish.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and other specialty cleaning equipment.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality in cleaning workmanship.
• Interacting with coworkers and customers in the course of work.
