Job summary

Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician to manage cleaning of hard surfaces and carpet on client sites. You will operate floor machines, sweep, vacuum, and perform debris cleanup in a collaborative team setting under limited supervision.

The role includes maintaining restroom cleanliness, conducting quality checks, and assisting with new hire training as needed. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Operates and maintains floor care equipment such as stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing and extraction.
• Performs routine floor cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming and debris cleanup.
• Ensures restroom cleaning and upkeep meets standards.
• Conducts quality control checks to ensure cleaning quality and safety.
