Job summary

Lynch Cleaning Contractors is seeking a PROJECT WORK/CLEANING TECHNICIAN for days with flexible hours in the Brockton, MA area. Ideal for someone already in janitorial work seeking extra income or a technician seeking flexible scheduling.

You will perform tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work, and window cleaning, among other tasks. Must operate floor machines and lift up to 50 lbs, with strong attention to detail and basic interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment and machines (strip/wax/burnish, extractors).
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, and general floor care in large commercial facilities.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and related equipment.
• Clean windows and perform high dusting as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail while interacting with coworkers and customers.

Job Duties, Responsibilities And Requirements Include The Following

• Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting and detail cleaning, plus


• Strong attention to detail


• Must operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment


• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time.


• Must have basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.


• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.


• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.


• Must have experience in working in large commercial facilities


• Must have experience in operating professional floor care equipment

COMPENSATION: $22.00+ per hour Based on Experience
