Job summary

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is hiring a Cleaning Technician for the Mansfield area. This part-time night shift runs Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and requires you to have your own vehicle and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities include cleaning a variety of areas, communicating with staff and customers, and ensuring equipment is kept in good condition. Applicants must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

CLEANING TECHNICIAN - PART TIME/NIGHTS - MANSFIELD

MONDAY - SATURDAY

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following

• Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, glass cleaning and restroom cleaning.
• Request necessary supplies and maintenance needed on equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment assigned in a neat and clean condition.
• Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Include The Following

• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time.
• Must have basic interpersonal skills; ability to work in the general public and communicate with co-workers and customers.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 - 50 pounds.
