Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree required.
• Active Texas chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Corrective care and Day 1/Day 2 experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work Fridays and Saturdays and attend Tuesday morning training.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations, examinations, digital X-rays and re-evaluations.
• Deliver clear, confident reports of findings.
• Develop and manage individualized corrective care plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and oversee patient progress.
• Collaborate with our progressive rehabilitation team.
• Incorporate services such as spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy and corrective rehabilitation when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Monitor patient progress, retention and care-plan utilization.
• Participate in team training, meetings and performance improvement.
• Represent HealthSource professionally at occasional community outreach and marketing events.
