Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic of Southwest Fort Worth is seeking a driven Doctor of Chiropractic for weekend coverage with potential for full-time development. You will perform consultations, examinations, and adjustments while leading corrective care plans and ensuring patient progress.

Strong communication, documentation, and ownership of outcomes are essential. Active Texas licensure or eligibility is required; Fridays and Saturdays are a must, with Tuesday morning training and occasional events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and trust-building with patients.
• Ability to lead Day 1 and Day 2 processes.
• Clear explanation of findings and corrective care plans.
• Understand clinical reasoning behind corrective care.
• Ownership of patient outcomes and visit utilization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, examinations, digital X-rays and re-evaluations.
• Deliver clear reports of findings to patients.
• Develop and manage individualized corrective care plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team.
• Incorporate laser therapy and decompression when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress.
• Participate in team training and performance improvement.
• Represent HealthSource at community events.
