HealthSource Chiropractic of Southwest Fort Worth is seeking a Patient Care & Rehab Specialist to join our energetic team. You’ll guide patients through doctor-prescribed exercises, ensure safety and proper technique, and support overall clinic growth with proactive patient engagement.

Responsabilités

• Guide patients through doctor-prescribed corrective exercises.
• Ensure exercises are performed safely and with proper technique.
• Follow each doctor’s treatment plan accurately and consistently.
• Help patients understand how their exercises connect to their goals for care.
• Discuss patients’ key values, progress, wins and remaining goals.
• Progress patients through exercises according to the doctor’s plan.
• Communicate patient concerns, changes and progress to the doctors.
• Apply therapies such as spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy.
• Complete movement screens and assist with custom-orthotic measurements.
• Help manage patient flow and maintain a smooth, positive clinic experience.
• Complete assigned documentation accurately and on time.
