Qualifications

• Active Texas Chiropractic license required.
• Diversified adjusting technique required; Thompson/Activator helpful.
• Experience in high-volume chiropractic care preferred.
• Comfortable treating 50–60+ patients per day.
• Strong communicator who educates patients without pressure.
• Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships.
• Growth-minded and coachable within an established system.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spine chiropractic care in a high-volume walk-in environment.
• Listen to patients, understand goals, and explain care benefits.
• Educate patients on care plans and long-term wellness.
• Build genuine patient relationships to encourage ongoing care.
• Create a positive patient experience from first visit.
• Collaborate with Wellness Coordinator to welcome and support patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
