Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a current Food Handlers Card as specified per the Department of Health.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Craftsman: prepare all menu items according to established standards and recipes, ensuring quality and timely presentation.
• Maintain health protocols, including proper hygiene, sanitary food preparation, and correct food temperatures.
• Familiarize yourself with residents and their preferences; participate in resident orientations.
