Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead the nursing team during weekend shifts. You will supervise staff, oversee resident care, and ensure safe, compliant operation of the unit.

The role requires current licensure in Massachusetts, weekend availability, and prior charge nurse or supervisory experience. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and competitive weekend pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Weekend availability and flexibility required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and on-call leadership.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure care plans and facility procedures are followed.
• Respond to emergencies and address resident or family concerns.
• Maintain a professional and resident-centered environment.
