Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join as Weekend Charge Nurse. You will lead the nursing team, oversee resident care, and ensure safe, compliant operations during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, administering medications, documenting accurately, and coordinating with physicians and families. Weekend availability, leadership skills, and MA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Dependable weekend availability.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Charge Nurse at Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will oversee resident care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure the unit operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. This is a high-priority vacancy for a dependable nurse who can provide strong clinical leadership and support the nursing team during weekend shifts.

• LPN Charge: $41 -$48.50
• RN Charge: $47-53.50
