Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight and respond to emergencies within the facility.
• Verify that all clinical changes are reported to the physician and ensure compliance with scheduled visits.
• Conduct chart audits and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Assume clinical supervisor responsibility for the facility during scheduled shift(s).
• Ensure facility policies and processes are adhered to; including follow-through of all pertinent admission and discharge documentation specific to nursing department.
