Indiana University Health Morgan Emergency Department is seeking a Weekend Option night shift Charge Nurse to lead the 17-bed ED and coordinate patient care on Saturdays and Sundays. Applicants should have RN licensure in Indiana and at least 1 year of ED experience, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Requires active RN license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA; ACLS/ENLS may be required per unit.
• Must have at least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend night charge nurse leadership in IU Health Morgan ED.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Mentor staff and ensure unit standards and patient safety.
