IU Health Morgan Emergency Department in Martinsville, IN seeks experienced nurses for Charge Nurse roles, with weekend option night shifts. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, accompanied by a $30,000 sign-on bonus through 9/30/2026 and referral eligibility.

The team collaborates with top physicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates hold an ASN with BSN preferred, an active Indiana RN license (or NLC), and BLS certification, with at least one year of RN

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an NLC RN license.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional life support credentials may be required per unit.

Our team consists of board-certified Emergency Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, highly trained and certified emergency nurses, Paramedics and Technicians. We are equipped and ready to care for all medical and traumatic emergencies for all age groups. IU Health Morgan Emergency Department is proud to hold less than a 1% left without being seen rate and patient experience scores that exceed targeted goal. Must have 1-year Experience. Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care
