Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be certified by the state of Missouri as a Medication Technician and have a valid MO CNA.
• Demonstrated clinical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and relate positively to residents and families.
• Work well in a team environment; energetic, positive and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Answer residents’ call lights to determine needs.
• Provide physical support for daily living activities.
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences for appropriate meals.
• Record intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
