Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide safe medication administration and compassionate resident care in a skilled nursing setting in Centralia, MO.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Missouri-authorized Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
• Experience administering prescribed medications and monitoring residents.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Strong attention to detail and medication safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity and document dosage and times.
• Monitor for medication reactions and report concerns.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Document care and intake/output accurately.
• Support coworkers and complete admission, discharge, or transfer docs.
