Job summary

Mennonite Village is seeking a weekend Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a part-time role in the Skilled Nursing team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily care under licensed nurses in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon CMA certification in good standing.
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within 120 days of hire.
• Knowledge of safe medication administration and resident rights.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following physician orders and policies.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Observe for adverse reactions and report to the licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration and resident care activities.
• Assist with ADLs and respond to resident call lights.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate with nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, organized medication cart and assist transfers.
• Promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents.
