Qualifications

• Must possess a current active license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Iowa.
• Must possess a current active certification to practice as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Iowa.
• Compassionate, kind, and respectful nature with a servant’s heart.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents under nurse supervision.
• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and follow care plans.
• Maintain accurate charts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Uphold residents' rights and dignity at all times.
