Legend Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for weekend shifts to join our nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with daily living activities, contributing to a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide must pass medications per state regulations.
• Ability to administer medications safely and accurately.
• Good communication with health care team.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication for all assigned residents.
• Assist with daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond as needed.
• Document daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs for next shift to Health Care Director.
• Manage tasks within the scheduled shift.
