Job summary

Madisonville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate care team in Madisonville, KY. You will administer medications and assist with treatments under licensed supervision, ensuring safety and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• Must work weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of CMA/CMT experience and/or training.
• Previous experience with older adults is preferred.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to health care provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
