Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to articulate with clients and HQ staff.
• Good problem solving and decision making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain flexible in a dynamic catering setting.
• Operate equipment necessary to perform job duties.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 35 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service, and breakdown for catering events at the Louisville Zoo.
• Oversee quality, inventory, and replenishment of food and supplies.
• Address guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure proper event setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Assist with front-of-house and back-of-house duties to support banquet events.
