Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Catering Associate for Henry Vilas Zoo events in Madison, WI. You will help deliver warm guest experiences, manage setup, service, and breakdown, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth events.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. SSA Group offers overtime pay, an on-demand pay option, meal discounts, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and HQ interaction.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making; organized and proactive.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Physically capable to stand, lift boxes, and move equipment as required.
• Willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
