Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home, non-clinical support to clients in the Mount Pleasant area. You will help with daily activities, mobility, nutrition, light housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for seniors.

We offer flexible scheduling options ranging from 2 hours to 24-hour shifts, with part-time, full-time, or as-needed roles, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year of in‑home caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of emergency response procedures; CPR certification preferred
• Understanding of basic housekeeping practices
• Commitment to health and safety standards

Compensation

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
