Home Instead in Raleigh, NC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to build relationships with clients through companionship and practical support. You will use our approved tools to track visits, coordinate with family, and ensure consistent care.

The role requires at least 6 months of paid caregiving or a CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credential, reliable transportation, and two steady weekly visits. Eligible employees receive paid training, holidays, and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Have reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required)
• Minimum of two professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities

Responsabilidades

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, and incontinence support
