Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification and current status.
- Experience with ADLs and homemaker tasks.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute.
- Respect for client privacy and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs, medication reminders and toileting, as needed
- Run errands or accompany clients to appointments, as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidy-up)
- Prepare snacks or meal prep
- Engage clients in conversation, games, or meaningful activities
- Document all tasks via AxisCare
- Communicate schedule needs or client concerns promptly
- Arrive within the assigned timeframe of the shift
- Expect to commute at least 20-30 minutes
- Mileage is reimbursed for client errands/transportation and travel between Client homes
