Home Instead in Wake Forest, NC is hiring a Caregiver to support seniors with companionship and daily living. You’ll have a dedicated office team, training, and state‑of‑the‑art scheduling tools to help you succeed.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits for eligible employees, paid training, holidays at 1.5x, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to learn and grow while making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Have reliable transportation to and from clients.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
