Job summary

Hireology in Charlottesville, VA is seeking caregivers for weekend shifts. The role includes companionship, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You may also provide transportation as needed and support clients with daily routines.

Flexible schedules, weekend and overnight differentials, paid training, and benefits are highlighted. Candidates must meet caregiving experience and licensing requirements and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of caregiving experience or relevant CNA/HHA/PCA background.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with insurance.
• Must be physically capable of lifting at least 25 pounds.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.
• Prepare meals and reminders for medications.
• Support with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands as needed.
• Occasional transportation to appointments and activities.

• Caregiver Range ($17.00 - $18.00 / hour)
