Job summary

RNS Private Duty Care is seeking caregivers with weekend availability to provide in-home care. If you’re dependable, you can earn $23/hour for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun or Fri-Sun) and receive strong support from nurse case managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Licensed driver with clean driving record and compliance with safety policy.
• Reliable, insured vehicle.
• Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities.
• Daily access to RNS email.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as agreed with client, family, and case manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living, monitor Alzheimer’s/dementia, take vitals, transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, pain management.
• Provide safe transportation and run errands as needed.
• Work in homes with pets when applicable.
• Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code.
• Maintain CPR certification (within 90 days of hire) and TB test (within 90 days of hire).
• Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable.
