Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a caregiver to support a young male with I/DD, focusing on supervision and transportation during weekend community outings. The role is offered on an independent contractor basis and pays $16.00 hourly. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm.

You should be positive, patient, and compassionate. The position involves home activity support, personal hygiene help, meal prep, safety maintenance, and assisting with social events and appointments, with

Competenze

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Mansioni

Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
Meal preparation and light cleaning.
Ensuring the individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events and community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments.
Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
Complete daily progress notes.
