Job summary

24 Hour Home Care - Caregiver Division in San Pedro is seeking a compassionate caregiver for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm–5:00pm) to support children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

You will perform personal care, meal prep, companionship, and medication reminders, following care plans and providing updates as needed. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Two caregiving references from prior clients or employers.
• Valid ID to meet I-9 requirements.
• Negative TB test; cost covered for eligible candidates.
• Reliable commute or relocation plans before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance at client homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Remind and administer medications per plan.
• Follow the client's care plan and report updates.
• Run errands and provide transportation as required.
