24 Hour Home Care - Caregiver Division in Irvine, CA is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support children, teens, and adults with I/DDs in their homes. You will follow individualized care plans, provide personal care, meal prep, companionship, and medication reminders, while maintaining independent work with supervision as needed.

Formación

• Two caregiving references required.
• Valid ID to satisfy I-9 requirements.
• Negative TB test; TB skin test covered for eligible candidates.
• Reliable commute or relocation plans before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Meal preparation.
• Companionship and social engagement.
• Medication reminders.
• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed.
• Errands/transportation as needed.
