Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, direct deposit, and a free uniform; join a team recognized as 2025 Best of Home Care Employer and Provider of Choice.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California
• Genuine compassion for older adults
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• TB screening

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
