Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caregivers for weekend shifts in Blount County, TN. Earn $14.75 to $16.50 per hour while providing compassionate in-home care to clients. Shifts are flexible with options for morning, afternoon, or evening blocks.

Requirements include at least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional) or current CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP credentials, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Background and drug checks are required. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional).
• Current CNA, HHA, PCA or DSP credentials are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with mobility and stand-by support.
• Prepare meals and remind about medications.
• Assist with personal hygiene and light housekeeping.
• Offer occasional transportation for errands or appointments.
